Subscribers who opted for the
enhanced digital option received their January 2009
newsletter on December 12. The traditional printed version
will arrive in subscriber mailboxes around January 1. Please
send us an email if you wish to change your method of
delivery.
In 2008 we introduced a digital version of Hand
Papermaking Newsletter. The traditional printed version
is still being published, in the same format subscribers
have enjoyed for 20 years. But now there is a choice.
The digital version looks the same as the printed
version, but it can be read on your computer screen or
printed on your home printer. Subscribers choosing the
digital version will receive their newsletter about two
weeks sooner. The digital version also features photos that
can be seen in a large color view, text that is searchable,
direct links, and more bells and whistles to
come.
We ask that current subscribers let us know
their preference--traditional print or enhanced digital--so that
future newsletters can be delivered in the format desired.
Please
send us an email indicating your preferred delivery
method, and share any comments or suggestions you may have.
Hand Papermaking Newsletter is published quarterly as a
clearinghouse for subscribers. It includes letters to the
editor, short articles from regular columnists, plus timely listings for national and international exhibitions,
lectures, workshops, competitions, etc. The newsletter
also includes classified and display advertising.
Subscribers to the journal Hand Papermaking receive the quarterly
newsletter as part of their subscription. Subscribe
