BACK ISSUES: $20 each plus postage (US: $4 for 1-2

BACK ISSUE SAMPLER: Six selected back issues plus an index
for $50 postpaid in the US. Non-US add $35 postage. The six issues are Winter 1986, Summer 1987,

ARTIST REGISTRY PROCESSING FEE: $25. Send no more than
three slides, clearly labeled, along with a resume and a brief
statement. Or, send up to six slides for $40.
SELECTED PAPER ARTISTS, 2004: 62 images by 19 artists
juried from our Artist Registry. $35 for CD-ROM, $200 for
set of slides; both versions include 48-page booklet.
