Andra Stanton, author of Dimensional Cloth: Sculpture by Contemporary Textile Artists and several other books on art, is seeking submissions of finished artworks using paper yarn for a how-to book on the art of paper yarn (shifu, jiseung, etc.) Projects may be crocheted, knitted, woven, macrame, or sculpted, and should be easy for readers to make.

To submit your proposed project, contact Andra Stanton at andystanton@comcast.net with a drawing and description of the proposed how-to project, and/or a photo of a similar project made in the past. The goal of the book is to inspire and educate readers about the art of paper yarn. For projects chosen for inclusion, Andra will supply the paper yarn or reimburse expenses. The deadline to send completed project to the author is the end of February 2023. Completed projects will be photographed and returned to the artist.
