As we prepare for the 2025 Annual Auction, the Board of Directors Committee for Development and Cultivation and Executive Director Rosa Chang are excited to bring together our vibrant community to support this essential fundraising event. The auction will take place from May 5–16, 2025, and we invite you to be a part of this meaningful effort.

This annual auction is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration. It unites artists, papermakers, collectors, and enthusiasts who share a love for handmade paper. It’s an opportunity to showcase artistry, connect with a broader audience, and support a vital organization committed to advancing and promoting the art of hand papermaking.

Are you interested in donating an item to the Hand Papermaking auction this year? If so, we kindly ask for your support in two simple ways:

1. Complete a donation intake form, which includes uploading a high-quality image of your item.

2. Ship the item directly to the winning bidder, with shipping costs covered by the buyer.

• Art & Craft Supplies

• Fine handmade papers
• Paper-related books
• Fine-press books incorporating handmade paper
• Paper objects and ephemera
• Paper or fiber processing-related experiences or workshops (these can also be virtual workshops)
• Artist mentorships, internships, and studio visits offer hands-on learning experiences
• One-on-one consultations or creative coaching for artists
• Studio tours and immersive learning opportunities related to papermaking or fiber arts
